חברת [שם החברה המלא], ח.פ. [מספר ח.פ.] (להלן: "AItomate" או "אנחנו") מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים באתר. מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981 ותקנותיו, וכן עקרונות ה-GDPR לגולשים מהאיחוד האירופי.

איזה מידע אנו אוספים

• מידע שאתם מוסרים: בעת מילוי טופס יצירת קשר או פנייה בוואטסאפ, שם, שם חברה, מספר טלפון, וכל פרט נוסף שתבחרו לשתף.
• הרשמה לדיוור: אם נרשמתם לעדכונים, כתובת האימייל שלכם ואישור ההסכמה. ההרשמה דורשת אישור כפול (Double opt-in), וניתן להסיר את ההרשמה בכל עת באמצעות הקישור שבתחתית כל מייל.
• מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ומכשיר, דפים שנצפו ונתוני שימוש, הנאספים באמצעות קובצי Cookie וכלי אנליטיקה.

• כדי ליצור עמכם קשר, לתאם הדגמה ולספק את השירות.

קובצי Cookie ואנליטיקה

אנחנו מחלקים קובצי Cookie ואחסון מקומי לשתי קטגוריות: הכרחיים, נדרשים לתפקוד האתר (שמירת שפה, ערכת נושא, העדפות נגישות וההסכמה עצמה); אלה תמיד פעילים ואינם מזהים אתכם אישית. אנליטיקה, Google Analytics (GA4), הנטען רק לאחר הסכמה מפורשת שלכם ומסייע לנו להבין שימוש באתר (כתובת ה-IP מצומצמת/אנונימית). לא נטענים כל קובצי Cookie לא-הכרחיים או סקריפט אנליטיקה לפני בחירתכם.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: when you submit the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, name, company name, phone number and anything else you choose to share.
• Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe to updates, your email address and consent record. Sign-up uses double opt-in (email confirmation), and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and usage data, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To contact you, schedule a demo and provide our service.
• To improve the site, service and user experience.
• For statistics and marketing, subject to your consent and applicable law.

Cookies & analytics

We group cookies and local storage into two categories: Necessary, required for the site to work (saving your language, theme, accessibility preferences and this consent); these are always on and don't identify you personally. Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), loaded only after your explicit consent, which helps us understand how the site is used (your IP is anonymized). No non-essential cookies or analytics script load before you choose.

On your first visit a consent banner lets you Accept all, keep Necessary only, or Customize. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, email/messaging) solely to operate the site, and as required by law.

Security & retention

We take reasonable measures to secure your data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes collected or as required by law.
